Fixed Cost Model

Arminus offers customers a fixed price model where the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. Under this model customer and Arminus decide on the deliverables and price before the project is initiated. We guarantee reliability, predictability and optimized performance and assure on-time and on-budget outcomes in this low risk Model.

This model is best suited for small or medium size projects where the scope, schedules and requirements of the project are specifically defined and agreed. Any new features or major enhancements/changes are discussed and quoted separately as per the change requests agreed between the customer and Arminus at a later date.

Hourly Rate Model (T&M)

Hourly Rate model suits where the project specification change on an ongoing basis based upon the market trends and where in customer does not have full month’s usage for a person. The client pays a fixed hourly rate which is agreed at the time of contract signing. This model best

works with regular & ongoing maintenance and support services. The minimum hourly rate contract that Arminus offers is for at least 80 person-hours of services in a month.
